About the Role


As an ETL Developer, you will support the design, development, and optimization of data integration pipelines. You will work closely with data engineers, BI developers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality ETL solutions that meet business and technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS.

  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.

  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems and pipelines.

  • Support testing, deployment, and validation of ETL jobs across development and production environments.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement enhancements to ETL processes.

  • Document ETL workflows, data mappings, and technical specifications.



Required Qualifications:


  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as an ETL Developer or similar role.

  • Strong experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

  • Strong proficiency with SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, functions).

  • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred).

  • Understanding of ETL best practices, data quality, and data governance principles.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment.



Nice to Have:


  • Experience with GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataform, etc.).

  • Experience with Tableau Prep and/or Tableau Desktop.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or healthcare-related datasets.
