Position Description:

We are seeking dedicated Data Entry Specialists to support a system migration project. Our organization is transitioning from a legacy claims management platform to a modern CRM system, requiring duplicate data entry during the transition period. This temporary role will focus exclusively on entering call notes and documentation into our new system.

This is a short-term position running from immediate start through March 2025, providing essential support during our technology transition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Input:

    • Accurately enter call notes and documentation into the new CRM system

    • Transcribe information from paper documents, digital files, and other sources into electronic databases and spreadsheets

    • Review and transfer data from the legacy system to ensure completeness

    • Input data with high accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets

  • Data Verification & Quality Control:

    • Verify data integrity and completeness before submission

    • Check data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies

    • Maintain high accuracy standards throughout the data entry process

    • Follow established data entry protocols and quality guidelines

  • Record Management & Organization:

    • Update and maintain existing records to ensure current and accurate information

    • Sort, file, and organize both digital and physical documents for easy retrieval

    • Manage documentation workflow between legacy and new systems

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent workflow

    • Report any discrepancies, errors, or technical issues to management

    • Adapt to evolving processes as the migration project progresses 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven data entry experience with strong attention to detail

  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work (no remote options)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with CRM or database systems

  • Previous involvement in data migration or system transition projects

  • Familiarity with dual-system data entry workflows
