Job Summary:

We are looking for a Car Rental Experience Specialist (English) to provide top-tier customer service for a leading car rental company. In this role, you will assist customers with reservations, rental modifications, billing inquiries, and general support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with booking car rentals, modifying reservations, and processing cancellations.

Provide accurate information regarding rental policies, insurance options, vehicle availability, and pricing.

Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Handle escalations professionally, resolving issues related to billing, damages, and service concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company policies for documentation.

Stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and promotional offers to provide the most up-to-date information.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in car rental, travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
