We are seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master with strong expertise in Finance (FI/CO,S/4HANA Finance, and related modules) to lead Agile project delivery within the SAP Finance domain. The Scrum Master will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, ensuring smooth sprint execution, facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, and delivering SAP Finance solutions that align with organizational goals. This role requires a mix of Agile leadership, SAP Finance process knowledge, and project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more SAP Finance Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and

  • retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, and SAP functional/technical

  • consultants to prioritize and deliver business value.

  • Support delivery of SAP Finance solutions (e.g., FI/CO, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, S/4HANA Finance).

  • Remove impediments and ensure the team’s focus on achieving sprint goals.

  • Track progress with metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and release readiness.

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by supporting testing, integration, and deployment activities.

  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across SAP project teams.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Basis, Security, Technical, Integration) for smooth SAP Finance delivery.

  • Act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.

  • Minimum 7+ years of SAP project experience, with at least 5+ years as Scrum Master in SAP Finance projects.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance preferred).

  • Experience working in Agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams.

  • Knowledge of Agile project tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
