Operations, Operations Sales Coach Bilingual 


Position overview:

Will be responsible for enhancing the skills and performance of the sales team through targeted training, coaching, and development programs. This role focuses on identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and driving continuous learning within the sales organization.



Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs

  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions

  • Analyze individual and team performance data to identify coaching needs

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials and resources

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to align coaching with business objectives

  • Implement role-playing exercises and simulations to enhance sales skills

  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training programs

  • Measure and report on the impact of coaching and training initiatives operation.

Qualifications:

  • English - B2:

• Oral and written comprehension.

• Appropriate use of language.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field - Desirable 

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in B2B environment - Desirable 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales training or coaching roles - Desirable 

  • Certified in relevant sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling) - Desirable 

  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and coaching techniques - Desirable
