As a Change Enablement Administrator, you manage, monitor, and ensure compliance of changes
to infrastructure configuration items, such as hardware and software applications, in a controlled
and efficient manner, with minimal risk to the organization. You coordinate and facilitate change
requests and ensure compliance with change enablement policies and guidelines.

Key
responsibilities

● Review requests to ensure they are complete, accurate, and aligned with business goals and
policies
● Validate priority, risk level, and impact of the change request
● Collaborate with change requesters, i.e,. technical teams to ensure that change details, such as
implementation objectives, method of procedure, testing, and backout plans, are complete
● Communicate approved changes to relevant stakeholders
● Monitor and review the implementation of approved changes
● Produce reports to change the enablement activities
● Conduct post-change implementation reviews to assess the success of changes and
completeness of closure information

Qualifications

● 1-2 years of experience in change enablement
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
● ITIL or other relevant certifications are desirable
● B1/ B2 oral and written English

Proficient in French
