Requirements:

• Fluent verbal and written skills in English language;

• Coaching/Nesting Buddy experience will be considered an advantage;

• Well-developed interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation and teamwork;

• Excellent customer care and soft skills;

• Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs etc.), Windows and Internet Applications;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Excellent procedural and games knowledge;

• Result-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility;

• Flexible work time on 8-hour shifts;
