Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

As a Business Project Manager- Senior you plan, lead and deliver multiple high-impact, cross-functional transformational projects while ensuring alignment with Operations’ strategic objectives and maintaining the highest standards of project management excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple high-impact transformational projects across regions, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
  • Drive project execution using agile methodologies which maintaining flexibility and ensuring quality standards
  • Establish and track project KPIs, ensuring project meet targeted savings and performance metrics
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively to ensure the success of the projects
  • Identify and remove project roadblocks, escalating critical issues when necessary
  • Provide regular project updates to VP-level executive sponsors and other relevant stakeholders

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, best practices and tools
  • Expertise in project financial management
  • Proficient in project management tools, preferably Monday.com
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks assigning the proper priority
  • Knowledge of change management and process improvement
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in project management, preferably with large-scale, cross-functional/cross-regional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Professional certification such as PMP, Scrum Master or Agile is desirable
  • B2+ oral and written English
