The Process Improvement Lead in Commercial Process & Digital Transformation will be a key player in managing and delivering projects that drive the success of the Commercial Organization. This role utilizes Lean Six Sigma Methodology and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align projects with strategic objectives, promote efficiency, and optimize value across the organization. The role will also oversee program management, including dashboard governance and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. Monitor progress and proactively address challenges.

    • Utilized DMAIC Methodology to execute Lean Six Sigma projects, identify innovative solutions, and achieve targeted business outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. 

    • Establish and maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. 

    • Implement best practices and proactively address issues to ensure project success.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.

    • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports. Ensure documentation is current and accessible.


Required skills + qualities (technical):

  • 3+years of experience in process transformation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt
  • B2+ oral and written English
