Description and Requirements

The Junior Payroll and Administration Specialist role is to support the processes in the Payroll department of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet new hires and make sure they sign the proper onboarding set of documentation
  • Process new hires information and documentation and keep the employees’ database updated in the in-house systems
  • Process and hand over leavers’ documentation
  • Process and support the documentation flow in the department
  • Administrate personnel labor files electronically and on-paper and ensure accurate documents management
  • Prepare employment/income certificates and reports upon requests
  • Assist and provide ongoing support to the employees in their daily quires
  • Support the daily Payroll and administration workflow and work along with other company departments
  • Work in compliant with the Bulgarian Labour legislation and Company rules
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of BG Labour legislation
  • 6 months - 1 year of previous relevant experience
  • University Degree in HR or business-related studies
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Very good communication and problem-solving skills
