JOB STATUS: Full time, temporary
FLEXIBILITY REQUIERED: 8 AM - 5PM Mon to Fri, Schedule and weekend flexibility required
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3 months, possibility of extension
Rate: $25.00
Objective
The Intake Coordinator is expected to interact directly with participants upon their arrival onsite and will be responsible for participant intake. The Intake Coordinator will report to the Site Manager and training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions occur in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities:
Welcome participants to the job location
Instruct and support participants throughout their time at the job location
Track participant appointments
Foresee logistic challenges and solve them proactively
Report and escalate to management as needed
Track data in spreadsheets using Google Sheet/Excel experience
Cooperate and report regularly to Program Manager, Project Managers and other team members
Verify accurate participant data is collected during registration
Check out participants and provide payment information
Any additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Availability to work at the requested schedule
Excellent customer service, attitude and demeanor
Experienced in customer service, reception, scheduling, and detailed administration tasks
Experience working with a wide range of people in a customer service setting
Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently
Possess can-do attitude and is able to problem-solve and remain composed in a busy environment
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment
