About the Role


Hello, Digital Solutions disrupter! Our team is looking for a Business Support Analyst. A technical BSA plans and leads projects including all project phases. Responsible for gathering requirements and information from the various stakeholders, business primes and technical teams,  assessing requirements, analyzing costs and benefits, writing user stories, managing the team’s backlog, and guiding the development and QA teams through the full project lifecycle. 


Responsibilities


  • Develop tools that help the team improve efficiency.

  • Find new ways to get things done using automated processes.

  • Assist in administrative procedures for onboarding processes (to ensure new hires get their equipment and credentials on time).

  • Assist in the administration of the L&D budget, as well as the recognition programs.

  • Create requisitions in Workday for different purchases.

  • To present information regarding metrics (Highlights and lowlights, CSAT, Headcount, NPS, CSR, L&D, Attrition, Headcount forecasts, Compensatory Hours, etc.) for MBRs

  • Create / maintenance for scorecards in Google Studio.

  • Create automated reports for monitoring or to prevent errors.

  • Run different financial reports (Global Logger Compliance Report, eTime report, invoices, final revenues, triage rolling forecasts, accruals and PMAs review). Provide insightful input for variances against budget and tirage.

  • Serve as a point of contact for different departments (procurement, warehouse, L&D, CSR) for different business processes.

  • Document and standardize the different administrative procedures within the area in the knowledge repository. 


What we are looking for:


  • University Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

  • 2+ years of Experience leading projects and technical teams

  • 2+ years of Experience working with Relational and non relational Databases.

  • 2+ years of Experience and strong knowledge of JAVA SE, JAVA EE and Javascript (React, NextJs and NodeJS).

  • 2+ Experience with Web Service Development. (REST and SOAP) , experience using SOAP UI, Postman.

  • Experience on version control: Git.

  • Enthusiastic, team player who is delivery-oriented, takes responsibility for the team’s success, and strives to continually learn and improve.

  • Possess critical thinking, self-discipline, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, and flexibility to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Proactive, takes ownership, and steps in where needed. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attitude towards working in a team and being collaborative in all aspects of work.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong technical background. Willing to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the best solutions.

  • English Level: B1 high or above - Mandatory 



Desirable skills:


  • Deep understanding of financial reports.

  • Basic knowledge or experience with Google Cloud Platform.

  • Scrum Master experience.
