Position Overview:

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you transform data into actionable insights to inform business decisions. You analyze complex data sets to identify business trends, perform data mining, conduct analysis to improve and optimize business processes and strategies, and develop business intelligence reports/ dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.


  • Analyze business processes and requirements to find opportunities for improvement using data analytics.
  • Manage and maintain business intelligence tools, platforms, and models, while troubleshooting and optimizing them.
  • Support customer needs, embrace technology, and focus on continuous self-development.


Required skills + qualities (technical):

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Looker Studio, BigQuery, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or other business intelligence tools.
  • Oral and written communication skills at a B2 level.


Required skills + qualities (non-technical):

  • Proficient in data modeling, database technologies, and business intelligence tools, with knowledge of data warehousing, mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Skilled in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and aligning business intelligence with strategic goals.
  • Capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and solving problems using technical expertise and judgment.
