You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.

What we expect:

• ·        Advanced level of French(C1) medium (B2), level of English 
• ·        Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus 
• ·        Availability to work remote, full-time, in rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Sunday 
• ·        Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation. 
• ·        Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations 
• ·        Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues 
• ·        Desire to work in a fast-paced environment 
• ·        Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction 
• ·        Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• ·        100% backoffice activity
• ·        Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the ︁client's processes, policies and guidelines 
• ·        Handle and assess sensitive and potentially distressing content with empathy and professionalism
• ·        Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals 
• ·        Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
• ·        Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
