Position overview:
The Planning & Analysis General Analyst IV is responsible for monthly and ad-hoc analysis of the different variables related to post-acquisition integrations, so as to be able to determine those causes and consequences of current performance and prepare communication of key findings for an executive audience. It is also responsible for making their own business analysis that contributes to good decision-making based on ongoing data collection and supports the Sr. Director, Global Integrations and Strategic Initiatives as well as Integration Leads with any data and information request..

Key responsibilities:
- Gather data for and perform analysis of key performance indicators
- Facilitate the budget creation for an integration project and track, analyze actual expenses on a monthly basis
- Perform ad-hoc or recurring analysis of functional data as needed to support effective integration execution
- Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc integration review presentations in collaboration with Integration Leads for an executive audience
- Develop and analyze surveys to identify areas of opportunity as needed
- Perform functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
- Analyze and document processes and Identify best practices
- Develop on-boarding and off-boarding to integration management
You will also:
- Document and optimize data analysis and reporting processes at scale
- Identify and lead implementation of innovative automation solutions
- Apply sophisticated analytical techniques to drive accuracy of spend forecasts and actual performance against integration KPIs Bridge strategic alignment between business and technical teams within a robust framework

- Develop key messages and design compelling presentations
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Functional competencies
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA), SQL (Oracle/GCP), Tableau/Power BI
- Strong understanding of telecom revenue streams, billing systems, and settlement logic
- Familiarity with Excel macros/RPA/AI tools automation
- Strong knowledge of RA best practices and telecom business operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, high-risk initiatives
- General financial acumen
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, process improvement, financial systems, or business analysis in telecom or a similar industry
- Proficient in English language
- CPA or process improvement certifications are strong assets
