Now we are looking for French Speaking Customer Representatives for our FinTech project who will add strength to our team.
Job Description
Through inbound channels, helping the customers with following topics;
Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to the brand’s products and services (e.g. transfers, general information, transaction status, etc.)
Provide information and basic guidance in a polite and customer-oriented manner
When needed, redirect or escalate cases in accordance with internal procedures
Follow company guidelines and stay informed about the brand’s service updates
Aim to maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Residency in İstanbul
Advanced level of French with good level of English
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable using PC and basic CRM tools
Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
