About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Consultant with strong data analytics capabilities and a passion for enabling business outcomes through insight-driven solutions.

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and supporting complex, data-driven initiatives that impact network strategy, customer migration, and operational optimization. You will work closely with data, technology, automation, and business teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mission-critical data initiatives that support strategic business decisions.

• Perform cohort-level data aggregation and segmentation to generate meaningful insights.

• Conduct data investigation, auditing, and clean-up to ensure data quality and integrity.

• Support the modernization of legacy reporting by defining requirements for transitioning data and reports to GCP and Looker.

• Develop and analyze reporting and analytics at both circuit and premise levels.

• Partner with automation teams through Bot and Automation Development interlocks.

• Support Central Office risk assessments related to copper network removal initiatives.

• Enable and support customer migration, network retirement, and asset optimization goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs, data, and technology solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role, supporting data-driven initiatives.

• Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret, validate, and segment large datasets.

• Strong experience with GCP and Looker

• Experience working on mission-critical or enterprise-level initiatives.

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear data and reporting requirements.

• Experience supporting reporting modernization and analytics transformations.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work effectively across multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously.
