Description and Requirements

As an SAP ABAP Developer, will be responsible for executing analysis and design phases of the project and providing technical leadership through the subsequent stages.

Candidates should have understanding, at an overall level, of the entire system under development at any given time, its business usage, technical architecture, performance, and functionality related issues.

Ability to build good technical design based on functional specifications and have the ability to propose technical solutions as and when required.

Strong analytical and debugging skills. Ability to help the team technically Must be a good team player. It is also important for the person to have experience of direct interaction and requirement gathering process with the customer. Excellent communication and customer facing skills are a must. Excellent Analytical skills so that he/she can understand the business.


Skills required:


  • Technical Skills required: Core ABAP Programming, Dialog Programming, ALV reports, Strong knowledge of RICEF objects, Programming using OOPs

  • More than 5 + years of strong IT experience.

  • Strong knowledge of core ABAP Programming (Reports, Function Modules, SAP Scripts, BDC, DDIC).

  • Good knowledge of code optimization.

  • Good hands-on various SAP/ABAP tools (EPC, Code Inspector)

  • ABAP development and technical specification mastery Ability to do good technical design

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.

  • Should have knowledge in ALE/IDoC and SMARTFORMS

  • Should have a good understanding of SD, MM, WM, FI modules.

Additional Job Description

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
