We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our Service Assurance PMO. This role will leverage data to optimize the performance of our commercial managed services.


In this role, you will: 

  • Lead the data migration initiative from legacy systems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Design and implement data visualization solutions using Google Looker, Tableau Dashboard, and MS Power BI.

  • Develop predictive models for service performance optimization.

  • Create volume forecasting models to support tactical automation delivery.

  • Develop and implement automated reporting solutions for key operational KPIs.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve service delivery metrics.

  • Lead the establishment of data governance practices within the team.

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for data-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data science and analytics.

  • Proven expertise in:

    • Python, R, or similar programming languages.

    • SQL and database management.

    • GCP infrastructure and tools.

    • Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

    • Data visualization tools, specifically Google Looker.

    • Statistical analysis and machine learning.

  • Experience with telecommunications data analysis preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes.

  • Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.

  • Expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

  • Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, R).

  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience with BI tools, specifically Google Looker.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business value.
