Description and Requirements
User Access & License Management:
Manage entry and exit workflows of users across multiple applications.
Maintain an updated user access list, optimizing licensing costs across applications.
Responsible for adding, inviting or removing user using a defined flow in all applications and also responsible to create groups, tags, teamspaces, etc as needed.
Responsible for application clean up on regular intervals.
Be the POC for all user access related tasks for all applications used by tech team.
Implement or work on an automated onboarding/offboarding system.
Process Automation & Monitoring:
Establish/ work on a centralized access request system.
Automate/ work on automated script on removal of inactive users (>6 months).
Handle exit clearance and ensure timely revocation of access.
Security Awareness & Compliance Reporting:
Track and enforce mandatory security training completion for all users.
Generate monthly compliance reports on user offboarding.
Additional Job Description
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Freshers or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in IT security, user access management, or compliance roles.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management), user provisioning, and role-based access control.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms for managing user permissions (preferred).
Familiarity with IT security policies, compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001), and security best practices is a plus.
Ability to work with automation tools and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or SQL) for access management tasks (preferred).
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and other enterprise applications for managing access workflows.
Soft Skills & Capabilities:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to track and manage multiple access requests.
Ability to analyze user access data and optimize licensing costs effectively.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth coordination with IT, security, and tech teams.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify process automation opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of security automation and scripting to streamline manual processes.
Exposure to access governance tools (Onelogin, Okta, or equivalent IAM platforms).
Understanding of data security, user offboarding protocols, and compliance reporting.
