Job Description:

Summary

As a Senior Analyst, your core responsibility will be processing the inputs received from member/participant, client or carrier to ensure that the client database is up to date and member/participant has correct information. In this role, you will report to the Assistant/Team Manager and will have the following additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

•    Maintaining quality as per defined SLAs
•    Completing assigned tasks within TAT
•    Ensuring compliance of all internal policies
•    Process improvement
•    Providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and onshore counterparts.

- Who is comfortable with US Shifts and GGN Location.
- Is excellent in English Communication.
- Has 1-2 years of Backend Ops Experience.
- Is a Non tech Graduate.
