TELUS FIFA [Fiber Inventory and Fulfillment Assurance] is Telus’ customer support for Telus new Fiber Optic network subscribers. This Fiber Optic network will be the backbone of Telus’ strategic initiatives like 5G mobile networks, national unified medical applications, wired homes, next generation internet offerings (e.g. consumer Gigabit internet) etc.
End-to-end problem solving for Telus’ Canadian Fibre Optic subscribers that may involve:
• Billing
• Customer service
• Account management
• Coordination with various internal departments
