職務内容と職務要件
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS SQL Database Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in T-SQL, performance tuning, ETL processes, and reporting tools such as SSIS and SSRS. You will be responsible for ensuring data reliability, performance, and scalability across mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, and scripts.
Perform database design, data modeling, and schema optimization to support application development and reporting needs.
Create and manage ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data across systems.
Develop and support SSRS reports and dashboards for various business units.
Analyze slow-running queries and perform query optimization and indexing.
Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and compliance with database best practices.
Collaborate with application developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable data solutions.
Perform data migration, backup/recovery planning, and job scheduling using SQL Server Agent.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong proficiency in T-SQL with experience in writing and debugging complex SQL queries.
Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and indexing techniques.
Expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and creating automated ETL pipelines.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar tools.
Experience in SQL Server 2016/2019 or Azure SQL environments.
Knowledge of performance tuning tools like SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, and Database Tuning Advisor.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/TFS) and Agile development methodologies.
