Job Description: Customer Service Executive - International Voice
Job Overview:
As an International Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound calls from global customers. Addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires managing high-volume campaigns and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Your focus will be on providing timely, accurate solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience across diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues they may have.
Stay calm and professional, even when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
Complete necessary reports and escalate calls when needed.
Take part in regular training to improve your skills.
Share helpful tips and best practices with the team.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: Any Graduate.
Languages Required: Must speak English
Language Proficiency: Good command of English (C1 or C2 level).
Experience: Gratuate freshers and experienced both can apply
Skills:
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to stay calm and solve problems in stressful situations.
Team player with respect, courage, humble, integrity, attention to detail, focused minded.
Interview rounds : TA Screening + Assessment + Operation face to face
Work Schedule: Must be open to working night shifts and rotating weekends.
Working Model: 24/7 (Work from Office)
