Trainer / Learning Services Analyst (m/f/d)
We are currently looking for a new full-time Trainer / Learning Services Analyst to join our team in Essen.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues
Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records
Stay abreast of changes in the workflows and policies in order to adapt training methods and materials
Be the main point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner
Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills
Provide support for the team in the operating day-to-day business
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English on a C1 Level
Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees
Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable
Flexibility to keep up with project speed and openness to new requirements
Structured, organized and responsible working approach
High level of policy and operational knowledge
