Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the project management team in designing & implementing technical solutions for multiple projects and ensuring their efficacy and smooth data integration for various projects.
Identifying and providing timely workarounds and solutions when possible for incoming technical issues in project execution.
Articulating features and differentiating solutions offerings to audiences ranging from project managers to end clients.
Helping in creating analytics dashboards for customers and the fulfilment team (PM & supply team) by writing queries (in SQL).
Documenting the technology solutions in precise detail for reproducibility in the future.
Mentoring juniors & reviewing their work.
Interacting with clients to understand and assist them in the data-integration process, if needed.
Driving operational efficiency by writing scripts & APIs (Python, JS) to automate day-to-day work.
Working closely with the Software Engineering team to come up with efficient & optimal solutions for complex use cases.
Additional Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science is preferred).
Good understanding of data structures, system design, and REST APIs.
2-4 years of working experience in technically supporting various projects & clients.
Expertise in writing SQL queries.
Good communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights.
A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
Strong understanding of programming logic and software.
Ability to figure out details with broad guiding principles.
Systematic problem-solving skills coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity to improve processes actively and effectively.
