We are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP SD/OTC Customer Master data Consultant  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing master data processes, ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have 5-8 years of experience.

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancements of SAP  OTC processes in the professional services industry.

  • Must have good knowledge of Customer Master data management.

  • Good knowledge of Business partner in S/4 HANA

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants, to gather requirements, design solutions, perform system configuration and ensure successful delivery.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, pricing, solution and sales order management and revenue recognition areas.

  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize order-to-cash processes.

  • Configure and customize the SAP SD/ OTC module to meet business requirements.

  • Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and facilitate smooth deployments.

  • Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

  • Train end-users on SAP SD/ OTC processes and functionalities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order-to-cash processes and system configurations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and advancements in SAP SD/ OTC functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in SAP OTC functional roles, with a focus on order-to-cash processes.

  • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, revenue recognition, contracts, sales and solution orders, pricing in a professional services industry context.

  • Proven experience leading SAP OTC implementations and optimizations.

  • Excellent understanding of business processes related to order-to-cash, including pricing, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.
