Description and Requirements
Must have 3-5 years of experience.
Good understanding of 4G & 5G architecture and protocol stack.
Hands on experience on Fault Management including handling RAN network faults/alarms and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience on configuration management activities like license loading, parameter optimization, new band addition, new feature addition, interface management, capacity upgrades, software upgrades of UMTS/LTE/NR network.
Hands-on experience of commissioning and integration of new RAN nodes.
Knowledge of RF KPI and its troubleshooting.
Hands on experiences on troubleshooting and providing remote support to field/site engineers.
Good experience of providing remote support to other dependent teams.
Hands on experience on handling outages and providing support & troubleshooting to Incident Manager.
Knowledge of working on different OSS like Huawei U2020/MAE, Samsung USM, NETACT.
Knowledge of working on ticketing tools like nuremedy.
Basic understanding of Open RAN is preferable.
Understanding of telco cloud and technologies is preferable.
Certified in RAN technology/ Telco cloud is preferable.
Self-motivated, work well with minimal or no direct supervision.
Expertly able to communicate verbally and written in English.
Must be comfortable with 24*7 work environment.
