Description and Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience.

  • Good understanding of 4G & 5G architecture and protocol stack.

  • Hands on experience on Fault Management including handling RAN network faults/alarms and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience on configuration management activities like license loading, parameter optimization, new band addition, new feature addition, interface management, capacity upgrades, software upgrades of UMTS/LTE/NR network.

  • Hands-on experience of commissioning and integration of new RAN nodes.

  • Knowledge of RF KPI and its troubleshooting.

  • Hands on experiences on troubleshooting and providing remote support to field/site engineers.

  • Good experience of providing remote support to other dependent teams.

  • Hands on experience on handling outages and providing support & troubleshooting to Incident Manager.

  • Knowledge of working on different OSS like Huawei U2020/MAE, Samsung USM, NETACT.

  • Knowledge of working on ticketing tools like nuremedy.

  • Basic understanding of Open RAN is preferable.

  • Understanding of telco cloud and technologies is preferable.

  • Certified in RAN technology/ Telco cloud is preferable.

  • Self-motivated, work well with minimal or no direct supervision.

  • Expertly able to communicate verbally and written in English. 

  • Must be comfortable with 24*7 work environment.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
