Key responsibilities:
Build a strategic relationship with the management of the accounts, and support of all the team members needed in Human Resources matters. Coordinate, supervise, manage budget and execute engagement plans within the accounts assigned. Administration and close follow-up of relevant cases with the account’s lead, providing accurate and timely advice according to the situation and based on analytical judgment, organizations and Human Resources policies and procedures.
Processes and generates information regarding Human Resources such as internal promotions, performance management actions, personnel actions, terminations, etc, with the objective of analyzing the results and identifying trends to define action plans for improvements on these. Present & analyze reports to key account management. Being a key intermediary within the account, constantly searching for ways to gather feedback in order to address possible AOOs.

Qualifications:
3rd year and above in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, & Industrial Engineering, or any Human Resources related field - Mandatory
1 year of experience in the HR field - Desirable
Experience handling difficult conversations - It’s a plus
HR Experience is a must (1 year) - Mandatory
