- Disciplinary process/Hints for Success
- Oversees, coordinates and administer the process
- Prepare reports, analysis, plans for improvement of the process
- Delivers trainings to all involved people
- Maintains a knowledge base of all cases, practices and useful information, regarding the process.
- Supports the P&C BPs in their daily job with the Hints for Success’s administrative part of the process (the Disciplinary cases that needs documents).
- Maintains the base of incoming and outgoing numbers, related to the Disciplinary process.
- Ensure that the practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Being the main point of contact for our external lawyers, regarding the disciplinary process.
- Responsible for the monthly reports related to the Ethics line and Respectful Workplace Policy.
- Supports the Senior P&C Manager with the daily activities.
- Addresses concerns and issues raised with regards to the responsibilities.
- Proven working experience as an HR Specialist – previous experience/knowledge of the Disciplinary
- process required.
- Prior experience in HR practices and administration
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
- Very good working level of English language (min. B2 level required)
- Working knowledge of HR systems (preferably work experience with Workday)
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
