- Work with business partners and project teams to develop and execute internal communications plans and key messages for new programs and initiatives.
- Research, interview, and create engaging written communications for a variety of internal audiences, including field technicians.
- Develop and adapt content for multiple communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure communications align with business goals and effectively reach their intended audience.
- Translate communications and training materials from English to French, and create original French content, including emails, newsletters, and other materials. Ensure accuracy and consistency while maintaining the intended meaning and tone.
- Review and proofread all translated and original French content to ensure high quality, and stay updated on industry-specific terminology.
- Communication/stakeholder relations
- Skilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.
- Ability to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).
- Ability to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.
- Create and/or implement methodologies to standardize work
- Attend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders
- Planning and time management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and exceed quality expectations from Stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships with other internal departments within TELUS and TELUS Digital as a whole
- The role is hybrid, mostly work from home (WFH) but the team member might be required to work from site as needed.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills for conveying messages
- 1-3 years of Experience in Client/Stakeholder management - Required
- Proven experience in translating written content from English to French, with strong attention to detail and accuracy - Is a plus
- Google Workspace Basic Knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct research to ensure accurate translations.
- Confidence when presenting and collaborating across varied business units and levels of the organization
- Ability to work with a high-performing team and become a strong contributor
- Learner-centered and performance-based learning strategies
- 3 years of University studies (Modern Languages, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Information Technology, or similar are a plus.) - Desirable
- A passion for language and a commitment to delivering high-quality translations
