Overview of tasks:


  • Manage and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists at our Barcelona location

  • Develop and mentor TA personnel, providing weekly updates to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe

  • Responsible for recruitment processes and strategies and their further development

  • Reporting and analysis of recruiting KPIs and derivation of targeted measures

  • Foster close collaboration and problem-solving with executives and employees

  • Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements

  • Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external recruiting events


We are looking for:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR

  • At least 1 year of experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team

  • Proficient knowledge of Spanish labor and industrial relations law

  • Experience from the BPO industry will be considered as an advantage

  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities

  • Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong team player with assertiveness and negotiation skills
