Responsibilities:
Supports all Citrix infrastructure
Maintain and support Citrix system images for deployment
Installs, configures, maintains, and enhances Information Technology systems software in accordance with corporate and security standards
Supports and responds to service outages and incidents. - Creates and maintains documentation to support IT Systems and Processes. - Identifies problems and opportunities for improvement of IT Services, systems or processes.
Troubleshoots and maintains IT systems to improve reliability, capacity, performance
Is part of on-call rotation to support the customer outside of business hours (24/7) Qualifications:
3-5+ years of recent working experience in a complex infrastructure with the role of Citrix-focused support using the following technologies:
Citrix CVAD 2203 LTSR (both published apps & virtual Windows 10 desktops)
Citrix AppLayering, Workspace Environment Manager, Citrix PVS/MCS, Citrix Profile Management/FS Logix
Citrix ADC VPX/SDX (nice to have)
Current Citrix certificates (CCA-V or CCP-V)
Windows Server 2019/2022 – build/manage/troubleshoot
Install & manage O365 / MS Teams / OneDrive software in Citrix environments
Build & administer virtual machines (VMware)
Active Directory GPO management - PowerShell scripting (Nice to have)
