We provide a comprehensive relocation package to help you start smoothly:

Your training will take place in the office at TELUS Tower, where you will receive hands-on support and guidance from experienced trainers.
To ensure you can fully focus on learning and settling in:
- Accommodation in Sofia is fully paid during the training period
- This allows you to experience the city, integrate with the team, and receive the highest quality professional onboarding
Flexible Work Models After Training:
After completing the training, we offer flexible working options depending on the project needs:
- Office-based work
- Hybrid working model

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: €1,750 – €1,900, based on targets achieved
- Office-based position in Sofia (WFO – Work From Office)
- Relocation Bonus: €750 Gross (paid in 2 instalments) - to support relocation to Sofia and initial rent costs

Your Responsibilities:
- Represent a well-known international car rental brand
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in German
- Assist clients with:
- New reservations
- Booking modifications
- Cancellations
- General travel and mobility inquiries
- Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communication
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- Good English skills for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- No previous experience required — full training is provided
