Now we are looking for German Speaking Sales Representatives who have the following criteria and will add strength to our team.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers by managing their activation, retention, and growth processes using marketing and partnership resources. 

• Focus on follow-up communication and conversion strategies to achieve key business objectives and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with new clients primarily through telephone and online channels. 

• Respond promptly to account-related requests, gather and analyze client profiles, and document interactions and updates in the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.

• Complete daily tasks and responsibilities efficiently, while being adaptable to handle additional ad hoc assignments and special projects as required to support business needs.

• Collaborate regularly with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and manage cases effectively. 

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to further develop customer accounts and drive business growth.

Requirements

• B2 level proficiency in German with B2 level proficiency in English

• Residency in Istanbul

• Ability to work on-site work setting

• Familiarity with telesales or online sales, with prior experience in customer support

• Self-motivated

• High school diploma or higher degree

• Strong communication skills

• Being a good team player
