Description and Requirements
As an Ecommerce Shopping Content Evaluator, you will review online retailers, collect and audit data, and ensure accuracy of the project. You'll manage emails, collaborate with the team, and participate in meetings and training while maintaining quality and efficiency in all tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct extensive reviews a wide variety of online retailers and collect a range of detailed data for assigned projects
- Complete website audits and data collection in a timely manner with error free execution
- Perform data quality assurance checks for assigned projects
- Daily maintenance and updates of data on project trackers
- Attendance and participation in regular and ad hoc meetings and training, as necessary
- Manage emails in multiple accounts
- Communicate regularly with team for calibration and alignment
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team
REQUIREMENTS
- Full professional fluency in English min. B2 (Independent)
- Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in data collection, data review, content moderation
- High degree of expertise with Internet browsing, email, G Suite/Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online communities
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Project overview:
- Working time: 40 hours/week
- Employment type: Full-time contract
- Work style: Fully on- site (Work from office)*
- *Remote or hybrid work is not possible for this project
- Working schedule: Monday - Friday between: 8am - 5pm
