About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong technical background to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with the NetCracker platform or similar.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex business systems, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, observe, and document business requirements
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system changes
Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements
Drive the presentation of a technical solution in business terms to obtain stakeholder agreements and proper sign off
Grow understanding of NetCracker platform and its modules in order to comprehend and articulate system implementation details
Support testing efforts by creating test cases and coordinating with QA teams
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Development Lead or Technical Lead positions
Proven track record in Team Leadership, requirements analysis, and documentation
Experience in telecommunications industry preferred
Familiarity with NetCracker platform is a plus
Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, etc.)
Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Strong comprehensive knowledge of API integrations and web services
Basic understanding of telecommunications systems and processes
Experience with NetCracker or similar BSS/OSS platforms (desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and protocols
Experience with service order management systems
Understanding of billing systems and revenue management
