Position Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and business-minded Program Manager to oversee one or multiple global Generative AI programs composed of high-performing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic delivery in an AI-powered ecosystem. Ideal candidates are passionate about Generative AI services, bring strong leadership, and excel at cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
Responsibilities:
Lead the business and operational delivery of one or more programs, ensuring timely, high-quality results within budget.
Own the program’s full scope, including planning, scheduling, risk management, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals while delivering superior client satisfaction through quality, capacity, and value.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing regular syncs and leading on-site or virtual business reviews (weekly/quarterly).
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and expectation alignment.
Monitor performance metrics and productivity across teams, addressing performance gaps and supporting team development.
Manage escalations, production issues, and operational risks, ensuring quick resolution and minimal business disruption.
Drive consistent reporting through weekly status updates, dashboards, and progress reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the launch of new workstreams and oversee the integration of third-party contributions into the overall delivery model.
Ensure optimal allocation of shared resources across all areas of the program and adjust quickly to changes in client needs or capacity.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, recommending interventions or new initiatives as needed to close gaps or address issues.
Contribute to strategic planning efforts with the PMO and broader leadership team, identifying opportunities for service innovation and growth.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (3rd-level qualification) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in place of education is acceptable.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience managing global or large-scale programs, GenAI experience preferable.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving high-impact program delivery.
Prior experience in Client Management, AI, or GenAI experience preferred.
Language: English – C1 level or above (Required).
Certifications: Familiarity with project/program management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or similar.
Skills and Competencies:
Effective program leadership, including strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, both internally and in direct client-facing settings.
Excellent analytical abilities with the skill to distill insights from complex datasets and drive decision-making.
Skilled in planning, monitoring, and controlling programs with a structured, results-oriented approach.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to foster trust and alignment across global teams.
Adept at navigating challenges, managing risks proactively, and executing contingency plans when needed.
Confidently managing program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting on performance and financials.
Strategic thinker with a solution-driven mindset, capable of aligning services to long-term customer value.
Studies & Experience:
3rd level qualification in Business/Computer science/Engineering discipline or related qualification. Relevant experience in place of education is acceptable.
3-5 years of experience in managing global or large-scale programs
Effective program leadership, including interpersonal, written/oral communication, and face-to-face communication between Customer and Program teams
