TA, Sourcing Recruitment Team Leader - Pradera GT


Position overview:

The Sourcing Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for managing and optimizing the sourcing process to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates or suppliers. This role involves overseeing team performance by tracking and controlling key sourcing KPIs, ensuring that filtering mechanisms are effective, and targets are consistently met. With a strong focus on data and quality, the Sourcing Coordinator evaluates sourcing channels, monitors conversion rates, and continuously improves strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing function. Acting as a key liaison between sourcing teams and internal stakeholders, this position plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment or procurement success through coordination, analytics, and process excellence.

The Sourcing Recruitment Team Leader of the internal referral and external pipeline development is responsible for implementing creative and innovative reward programs and promotions to enhance our internal referral program, implements and monitors the process of feedback to referrers and referees, analyzing results of implemented external initiatives and projecting results for future activities; is also responsible for designing and implementing different languages  development programs to increase pipeline  and  also recruiting techniques with the aim of identifying the best candidate.

Key responsibilities:

Creates and administers the budget for external and internal sourcing activities in order to ensure the investment contributes to an average cost of hiring based on historical data; implements individual interviews, group interviews, assessments centers, among others, for the selection of external candidates; works with Operations and support areas to ensure excellent exposure and user satisfaction for the Internal Referral program, minimizing rework or bottlenecks. Analyzes and provides accurate data for local and global initiatives as well as projects realistic but ambitious results to ensure all proper staffing for operational areas by keeping a high level of satisfaction among the Internal Referral Program users. Is also responsible for creating and implementing language programs in order to  increase the pipeline of candidates, building a relationship with  internal and external  third  parties. In addition, the Team Leader is responsible to design strategies in order to generate and increase required pipelines to respond to our client requirements, control the budget and measure the results of the implemented strategies

Functional competencies:

  • English: B2 or above  - a must

    • Oral and written comprehension.

    • Appropriate use of language.

  • French proficiency B1 or above (Desirable) 

  • Oversee the end-to-end sourcing pipeline, from initial lead generation to qualified submissions.

  • Implement and monitor effective filtering mechanisms to ensure only high-quality candidates/suppliers move through the funnel.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers or category leads to understand role/sourcing requirements and adjust screening filters accordingly.

  • GSuit or Excel Knowledge - Intermediate

  • Customer Service - Advanced

  • General Knowledge of psychometry.(Desirable) 

  • Development and implementation of budgets. (Mandatory) 

  • Managing teams experience (Mandatory)

  • Set, track, and analyze sourcing KPIs (e.g., leads per week, conversion rates, submission-to-hire ratios).

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

  • Guide the sourcing team to meet or exceed KPIs, using data-driven feedback and performance coaching.

  • Experience controlling team KPIs and coaching team members toward success.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
    Proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, procurement databases, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years at University in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing  - Mandatory. 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams or projects. - Mandatory. 

  • Experience in HR Departments is a plus
