About the role: 


As the reconciliation analyst, you will join the Client’s platform team and assist our reconciliation and money movement operations with daily reconciliation work.  You will help in reconciling the FBO accounts balance and matching transaction records across different systems. 


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Client’s Reconciliation effort on internal reconciliation and funds movements for Client's financial products

  • Perform daily FBO account balance and transaction reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies 

  • Perform investigation and identify the root cause of the mismatch of balance and transactions 

  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on achieving reconciliation tasks

Requirements:

  • 3+  years of experience on account transactions matching and balance reconciliation at a fintech or a financial institution. 

  • Experience with high volume 4-way transaction reconciliation - summary and detail level between system of record and bank

  • Experience with daily high volume reconciliation of debit and credit card transactions.

  • Experience with automated reconciliation software preferred

  • Knowledge of automated clearing house processing rules (NACHA)

  • Experience with Snowflake or similar program preferred

  • Experience identifying, researching and resolving exceptions

  • You are detail-oriented, stay focused, and can prioritize projects and responsibilities. 

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with pooled accounts, sponsor banks, FBO and banking as a service is highly desired.   

  • BS or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
