Requirement:

Candidates with 1+ years of experience in Defined Benefits( Manual Calculations) are eligible to apply.
Candidate must be comfortable with US Shifts and Gurgaon Location( Hybrid).
Any Non Tech Graduate can apply.


Responsibilities

• Processing and Quality checking.
• Process reporting and training.
• Queue Allocation & Management.
• Update SOPs and other process documents.
• Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
• Process improvement.
• Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts

अतिरिक्त कार्य विवरण

Reporting to the Team Manager, the Process Developer/Champion - Operations in Defined Benefits Wealth Administration team is responsible for end to end Pension Operations. Experience is Manual Calculations with Pension Administration is mandatory.
