What is this role?

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will take the lead in designing and developing comprehensive learning experiences that effectively educate staff members about products and services. You will oversee project timelines and work with subject matter experts to create engaging digital courses for clients. advanced instructional strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing complex innovative e-learning module courses, integrating new technologies, conducting needs assessments, applying learning theories, and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs' digital content to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and desired outcomes.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and evaluate the stakeholders’ needs and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes, and indicators of success by performing a Training Needs Analysis process (TNA)

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create, implement, and evaluate successful enablement initiatives.

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative enablement content in a variety of formats and modalities.

  • Utilize a variety of quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs

  • Provide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project

  • Lead and facilitate comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT/T3) sessions for all requisite learning initiatives, ensuring that attendees are thoroughly prepared and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver educational content.

  • Build and deploy digital learning interactions that guide clients through their onboarding journey and promote ongoing utilization of our software.   

  • Manage the creation, organization, and administration of just-in-time enablement content delivered via digital adoption and learning management systems. 


Communication/stakeholder relations

  • Skilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.

  • Ability to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).

  • Ability to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.

  • Create and/or implement methodologies to standardize work

  • Attend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders

  • Planning and time management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and exceed quality expectations from Stakeholders

  • Maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships with internal departments.

  • The role is work from home (WFH) but the team member might be required to work from site as needed.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • English -  B2 - Required 

    • Oral and written comprehension

    • Appropriate use of language

  • Experience with conducting Needs analysis and impact assessment (TNA) - Required

  • Prior experience in creating Micro learning materials - Required

  • Proficiency in content authoring tools (MSO, ACC, Articulate 360 (Rise 360 mainly, Storyline 360 - voice over, triggers, branching) - Required

  • Proficient in editing and producing high-quality video and audio content for training purposes. (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Character Animator, Vyond, Camtasia, Audition)

  • Experience leveraging current theories, principles, methodologies, and techniques of learning (adult learning, ADDIE model, agile methodology, Bloom's taxonomy)

  • Learning Design (Instructional Design) Focused in UX User Experience

  • Experience in developing content for online and/or multi-media environments

  • Skills in proofreading and minor copy editing

  • Experience in adult education or in designing training programs

  • Confidence when presenting and collaborating across varied business units and levels of the organization

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Time management

  • Ability to work with a high-performing team and become a strong contributor

  • Learner-centered and performance-based learning strategies

  • Ability to create visual/graphic materials based on a learning concept



Studies and Experience:


  • 1-3 years Experience in Client/Stakeholder management - Required

  • 1-3 years of University studies, (Graphic Design, Marketing, Learning, Pedagogy) - Required unless demonstrated experience

  • 1- 3 years of Instructional Design / Training Development / Learning experience - Required unless demonstrated experience - Required

  • Experience with course authoring software - Required unless demonstrated

  • Advanced development-oriented experience (web, graphics, etc.) - Required

  • Experience recording and editing videos, creating engaging and on-brand content that resonates with the target audience

  • Graphic design and/or animation experience with a keen eye for design and details

  • Designation or certificate in change management, training and/or facilitation
