Overview:
The position is responsible for assisting the CSR Manager by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new CSR partners and non government organizations. Manages volunteering initiatives and ensures proper implementation of CSR programs by coordinating with the POCs of different departments in the company.
Manages volunteering initiatives (monthly and annual Day of Giving) and ensure proper implementation by:
Developing and implementing volunteering guidelines
Monitoring and recording of all volunteering activities
Collaborates with the HR and Account POCs to ensure proper implementation of programs.
Coordinates with Finance and external stakeholders to ensure logistics of all volunteer activities.
Coordinates with existing CSR partners and develops new partnerships to increase volunteer opportunities and/or applications for Community Board funding grant.
Prepares CSR related information for internal and external communications in coordination with Corporate Communications.
Assists in conducting Community Board activities including required logistics
Required skills + qualities (technical):
College degree in Social Work, Community Development or relevant work experience in any related field
At least 1 year experience in handling community programs and volunteer management for an NGO or corporate foundation
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
