We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating data from multiple sources, creating comprehensive reports, and driving strategic insights across the organization. As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with cross-departmental managers to standardize data collection processes, design data models, and ensure that business decisions are backed by robust data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Data Integration & Reporting:
  • Integrate data from various databases and data warehouses.
  • Create and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data to support centralized data warehousing.
  • Develop standardized methods for data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Business Analysis & Insights:
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Chair meetings to discuss organizational data, forecast future trends, and propose actionable insights.
• Tool & System Management:
  • Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting, ensuring dashboards are both insightful and user-friendly.
  • Manage and update JIRA boards to track data projects, tasks, and progress.
  • Write SQL scripts for querying databases and generating custom reports.
  • Monitor and analyze logs using tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics to ensure data accuracy and system performance.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills

• Tableau Expertise: Proven experience in creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Tableau.
• Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Additional Skills (Plus)

• JIRA Management: Familiarity with managing tasks and projects using JIRA.
• Technical Writing: Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation.
• SQL Proficiency: Experience writing SQL scripts for data querying and report generation.
• Log Analysis: Skills in checking logs to troubleshoot issues, with experience in tools like Splunk or AppDynamics.
• BI Tool Proficiency: Experience with additional BI tools and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Microsoft Applications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Educational Requirements:

• Certifications in Tableau, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics are a plus.
