Position: Business Analysis Team Leader
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89102 (Various Unanticipated Worksites)
Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs, develop solutions, and provide training to ensure proper product development. Act as a liaison between business teams and stakeholders for new systems, facilitating requirement-gathering workshops and creating user stories for new functionalities.
Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to address application issues and propose solutions. Collaborate with the scrum team to develop and test solutions, and lead test planning and review.
Guide and review test case documents, lead testing phases, and represent end-users during UAT. Present new features to end-users, organize releases, and coordinate timelines with Product Owners, Development teams, and other stakeholders.
Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
Educ./experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Team Lead, Business Analysis Team Leader or in a related position. Experience must include Testing IFF applications, Software Development Life Cycle, requirements gathering, documentation of technical and functional specifications, using case and test case creation and execution, and user acceptance executions.
