As a UX Developer, you will play a critical role in conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback from users and engineers, ensuring that all designs meet company guidelines and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of Software Engineers and Project Managers to achieve their goals and adhere to project timelines..

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, translating customer needs and project requirements.
• Experience effectively communicating feedback on guidelines & UX design to customer stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in AI Models processes and improvement methods.
• Experience of HTML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Software Engineers and Project Managers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Engage with client Program Managers to understand detailed requirements, ensuring visual design concepts and UX flows meet their vision.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure quality data collection.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and conduct usability testing to iterate designs based on feedback.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices in UX design and AI enhancements, driving innovation and new feature implementation to support excellent user experiences.
