We are looking for a Travel Ticketing Specialist (Portuguese) to provide exceptional customer service for a leading travel company. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and English, enabling you to assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, handling ticket changes, and addressing inquiries. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with bookings, modifying reservations, and processing ticket cancellations in Portuguese and English.

  • Provide accurate information regarding fares, travel policies, baggage rules, and itinerary changes.

  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless booking experience.

  • Handle escalations professionally, resolving issues related to delays, refunds, and rebookings.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company policies for documentation.

  • Stay updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and travel restrictions to provide the most up-to-date information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: Previous experience in travel ticketing, airline reservations, or customer service in the travel industry preferred.

  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in airline reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

  • Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
