General Description


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with Sales Experience to join our CX team in a BPO/call center environment. This role combines excellent customer support with sales-driven interactions, requiring strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to identify opportunities to promote products or services. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, builds rapport easily, and consistently delivers solutions that enhance customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, delivering friendly and efficient customer service in English.

  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and solve order or delivery challenges.

  • Use your soft skills to build rapport and ensure a delightful experience.

  • Apply sales experience to upsell features or assist with menu options when appropriate.

  • Work with your team to keep the delivery process fast and flawless



Requirements


  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • English Level: B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

  • Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).

  • Employment Verification: Required.
