We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with Sales Experience to join our CX team in a BPO/call center environment. This role combines excellent customer support with sales-driven interactions, requiring strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to identify opportunities to promote products or services. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, delivering friendly and efficient customer service in English.
Listen actively to understand customer needs and solve order or delivery challenges.
Use your soft skills to build rapport and ensure a delightful experience.
Apply sales experience to upsell features or assist with menu options when appropriate.
Work with your team to keep the delivery process fast and flawless
Requirements
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
English Level: B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).
