Position Description:


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our computer vision AI project in the US. The ideal candidate will act as a vital bridge between our clients' expectations and our team of experts, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment of our AI solutions with client objectives.

About the role

The Program Manager plays a critical role in guiding customers towards the most effective solutions tailored to their unique data collection needs. Backed by a dedicated team of project managers and solution engineers, Program Manager delivers exceptional value through a combination of semi-automated and manual approaches. They provide real-time solutions to complex data management challenges while demonstrating a deep understanding of the sensors and equipment integral to various projects.

The Program Manager ability to quickly grasp the intricacies of various sensors and troubleshoot issues based on guidance from the engineering team is essential. This hands-on technical proficiency ensures that the Program Manager can address technical requirements effectively, driving efficiency and innovation in every project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consult our global Computer Vision customers on best solutions to various data management and sensor setup issues

  • Demonstrate expertise to the customers through suitable and convincing arguments

  • Manage and grow a team of two junior technicians available on-ground to support clients

  • Guide team on work and identify and remove roadblocks

  • Propose and implement solutions to support customer needs

  • Provide support and feedback to product or engineering team on customer requests

  • Drive adoption of internal tools/products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, Engineering  or a related field.

  • 4–5 years of experience managing global or large-scale programs

  • Experience in computer vision is a must

  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving high-impact program delivery

  • Prior experience in Client Management, ADAS, Robotics, AI, or GenAI experience preferred

  • Language: English – C1 level or above (Required)

  • Certifications: Familiarity with project/program management methodologies
