About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Specialist to join our team and lead our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI technologies and the ability to drive AI adoption across the organization. This role will be responsible for enhancing AI learning within the team and spearheading initiatives to leverage AI for business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges

  • Lead research and testing of cutting-edge AI functionalities and develop implementation plans

  • Design and conduct AI training programs for team members to enhance their AI skills

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration

  • Analyze and organize large datasets to support AI initiatives

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, recommending adoptions as appropriate

  • Develop AI strategies aligned with business goals and oversee their execution

  • Communicate AI project progress, results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels
